SpringFest 2023
Joseph served as President and Festival Director of MUSIC Matters (a non-profit at the University of Michigan for 2022-23), managing an organization of over 100 students and directing Ann Arbor’s major music festival style event: SpringFest. The 2-day event consisted of a headlining concert featuring the artist ROLE MODEL and a day-time festival portion boasting an impressive 15 student performances, 4 food trucks, and 55 activations including companies such as Prime Student, J. Crew Factory, and Amazon Hub.
Battle of the Bands
Joseph served as creator and director for Ann Arbor’s Battle of the Bands event hosted by MUSIC Matters at the Blind Pig, one of the city’s most historic venues! The night of great music involved 5 competing locals bands spanning over 3 hours.
Artist Management
Joseph spent 2021 serving as an assistant at Joe D’Ambrosio Management Inc. learning the ropes of artist management. He since has held artist talent management roles for Detroit based company “Be Now Media” as well as New York based “Outside in Music”
